"Problem installing postgresql-9.0.1-1-windows_x64

Hello,

I tried installing this program on a Windows Server 2008 R2 x64 and Windows XP x64 SP2
The result is the same in 2 cases, but 2 different errors, the PostgreSQL server does not go ...
If anyone knows the answer ...
