Well, you're in a forum, so people don't really care if you do not have time.
I don't know what fuzzy is, but I think you should read this article : http://www.rdegges.com/easy-fuzzy-text- … ostgresql/
And use this instruction once :

CREATE EXTENSION pg_trgm;

... in order to import "fuzzy" functions

NB: And please, don't use Google Translate for french (that's just horrible).
