J'ai la version Windows Familiale Premium, version de base quand j'ai acheté le pc.
Il est pas impossible que j'ai moi même supprimer VBscript, surprenant mais pas impossible.
Bref, à titre d'info, j'ai essayé sur un autre pc, là aussi avec une version familiale de base, et l'install se fait.
Donc en quelque sort ça résout mon problème puisque je vais pouvoir utiliser postgresql.
Je testerais cependant ce que vous avez écrit, mais pas ce soir.
Je raconte ma vie, mais j'avais besoin de PostgreSQL pour passer un examen que je passe demain matin. Donc je passe mon examen et je regarderais ensuite.
Quoiqu'il en soit, mon pc va avoir droit début juillet à un ménage complet, formatage, réinstallation complète. Donc je reretesterais ce moment là 
En tout cas, merci pour votre aide, je teste tout ça demain pour voir si ça pouvait fonctionner

J'ai trouvé l'installeur PostgreSQL, et j'ai lancé à partir de là mais rien.
J'ai installé les runtimes depuis le site de Microsoft, mais ça ne change rien.
Bonjour, je rencontre un problème assez gênant puisque je n'arrive pas à installer PostgreSQL Version 8.4.4-1.
Lorsque je clique sur l'exécutable (téléchargé depuis le site officiel), j'ai ce message qui apparaît :
"An error occurred executing the Microsoft VC++ runtime installer"
Je ne sais pas trop quoi faire, j'ai cherché ici et ailleurs mais rien de bien concluant.
Si quelqu'un pouvait avoir une idée ça me serait fortement utile
